Interior design and 3D visualization in Riga

An interior design project with Valerija Gelfere costs €5, €10 or €20 per square metre, depending on the package. 3D visualization is included in every package; drawings for builders come only with the €20/m² package. There is no minimum area.

The Visual package costs €250, Shopping list €500, and For builders with drawings €1000. 3D visualization is already in the price, so there is nothing to add for it.

With Valerija Gelfere, 3D visualization is included in every design package, from €5 per m². If the design project and a product list with dimensions are ready, 3D alone costs €3 per m².

At the DESIGNV studio in Riga, Valerija Gelfere creates interior 3D visualizations in Homestyler: every room from all angles in 4K, with 3 revisions. It comes with every design package, or costs €3 per m² from a ready design project and a product list with dimensions.

It is not required, but you see the result before spending money. Changing a colour or a tile in 3D is easy; on site it costs money and time.

Every package includes talking through your wishes, a palette and material collage, a 2D furniture plan and 3D visualization. The €10/m² package adds a shopping list, and the €20/m² package adds drawings for workers: electrics, lighting and plumbing.

Site supervision is a separate paid service that keeps the renovation in line with the project, at €1200 a month including VAT. Valerija Gelfere visits the site every 2 days, checks wall colour, tile pattern and the marking of sockets and plumbing, and makes emergency visits when needed. A one-off visit costs €100.

Each stage has up to 3 rounds of revisions, and you approve style and colours on collages before 3D starts. If the result still misses, Valerija Gelfere works out why and reworks the concept free of charge. Changing the brief and style from scratch after approval is charged separately at €20 an hour.

The work is under a contract: 50 % prepayment, the rest on completion.

It starts with a conversation about style, colours and budget, and measuring the space. Then come two layout options, collages, 3D visualization and, depending on the package, a shopping list and drawings.
